Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Clinical Temporal Decision Engine(“the Service”) operated by SocialRightLabs.

1. Service Description
The Clinical Temporal Decision Engine is a deterministic clinical decision support platform. It processes FHIR bundles against published clinical guidelines to produce risk scores and care-gap outputs. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for clinical diagnosis without qualified professional review of outputs
- Submit real patient data without executing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where legally required
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the deterministic pipeline logic except as permitted by applicable law
- Use the Service to develop competing products
- Submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through the API
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limiting, or PHI-aware telemetry boundaries
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of API keys and credentials
- Ensuring that data submitted to the Service is lawfully obtained and processed in compliance with applicable regulations
- Reviewing all pipeline outputs with qualified clinical staff before taking clinical or operational action
- Complying with your institution's data governance and security policies
4. Intellectual Property
The Clinical Temporal Decision Engine, including its deterministic pipeline logic, configuration, documentation, and operator console, is the intellectual property of SocialRightLabs. These terms do not transfer ownership. The source code is publicly available on GitHub under its applicable license.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service is deployed on Microsoft Azure and uses Azure services including App Service, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, Key Vault, and Monitor. Use of the Service is subject to applicable Azure terms. Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) is used for support communications.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
SocialRightLabs makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular clinical purpose
- Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of risk scores or care-gap outputs
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compliance with any specific regulatory framework (HIPAA, GDPR, KVKK, etc.)
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SocialRightLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to clinical outcomes, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialRightLabs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submission of data, or your violation of these terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. SocialRightLabs may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled per the retention policy in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
Governing law and jurisdiction remain under legal review and will be finalized before any contractual publication.
11. Dispute Resolution
Dispute resolution process remains under legal review and will be defined in the final contract version.
12. Changes to Terms
We will post updates to this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users with at least 30 days notice.

The Clinical Temporal Decision Engine is a clinical decision support tool. It does not diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatments, prescribe medications, or substitute for professional clinical judgment. All outputs must be reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals.
No Regulatory Certification
The Service is not HIPAA, FDA, SOC2, or ISO certified. A compliance program is planned but not yet implemented. Current demonstrations use synthetic data only.
