Deterministic FAQ / Governance Assistant

A built-in governance knowledge base with 45+ entries across 10 categories. Deterministic search — no AI hallucinations, no fabricated answers. Every response is sourced.

How It Works

  • 1. Taxonomy-driven search. 45 curated entries organized across 10 categories: architecture, deployment, security, pricing, clinical scope, compliance, integration, operations, support, and governance.
  • 2. Deterministic matching. Keyword and category-based search. No LLM. No probabilistic generation. Every result is a pre-authored, reviewed entry.
  • 3. Sourced answers. Each entry references source documentation. Cross-references link to related questions and detailed docs.
  • 4. Auditable content. The FAQ taxonomy file is version-controlled in the repository. All 1,121 automated checks pass in CI before any change is merged.

Not a Clinical Chatbot

The FAQ assistant is a governance knowledge base, not a clinical decision support chatbot. It answers questions about the platform — architecture, deployment, security, pricing, compliance posture — not questions about patients. For clinical queries, users are directed to institution-specific clinical decision support workflows.

Yes“What Azure services does the platform use?”
No“What treatment should this patient receive?”
Yes“How is PHI protected in telemetry?”
No“Is this patient’s HbA1c concerning?”

MCP Agent Surface

The FAQ assistant is exposed as an MCP tool, making it available to agent frameworks via Model Context Protocol. An AI agent can query the knowledge base and receive deterministic, sourced answers — no black-box clinical reasoning, no fabricated responses.

The FAQ assistant is available at /assistant in the demo deployment. It serves a deterministic taxonomy validated by 1,121 automated checks in CI.
